A group of young people and citizens have again gathered this afternoon in front of the prime minister’s building on the National Witness boulevard, following last days’ protests.

Today’s rally followed the protest held during the day when a group of students gathered around noon hours first before Polytechnic University and followed the march at other schools in Tirana, entering audiences and disrupting the learning process.

The students have already returned to the audience after agreeing to their social networking groups.

The protesters left before the prime minister have reiterated calls against the government, while in addition to the request for Prime Minister Edi Rama’s resignation, they also seek to change the political register in the country.

During the afternoon, youths also had communication among themselves, discussing the following hours of protests.

During the evening the protests took place without incident, while protesters have warned that they will continue mobilizing until their demands are met.
