The Gjakova municipality has shared equipment for 37 beekeepers, under a project worth 35 thousand and 920 euros, financed by the municipal budget.

According to Komuna’s announcement, 32 beekeepers have been equipped with electric centrifuges and honey – extraction tubs, while five others have benefited electric centrifuges and 12 anti-varroa floors for the hive.

The distribution of the equipment took part in the chairman of Gjakova, Ardian Gjini, and Agriculture, Forest and Rural Development Director Gani Hajdari.

In that case, Djind stressed that the municipality will continue its support for the beekeepers.

As an institution, we will continue to support beekeepers, aiming at creating the best conditions for developing their activities, Djind has said.
