A 69-year-old from Ferizaj has experienced serious moments in his house, as the boy, who allegedly had returned to a drunken state, had initially offended him and then physically attacked him. The strike allegedly occurred just as Father had decided to seek police assistance, while threats, according to the indictment, had not even escaped the suspect’s mother.
Signal Journal sources suggest that the event took place on Tuesday, November 3rd, around 05:30, on the Matosiʹ street in Ferizaj.
According to information provided by the signal, suspect U.S.A. 38 years old had returned home in the early hours of the morning, in a drunken state, and had begun to offend his father, the 69-year-old H.A.
The situation has escalated when 69-year-old decided to inform the police of his son’s behaviour.
At that point, according to the indictment, the boy had hit the father head in the face, hurting him in the left eyebrow.
But the incident is not over. The suspect is also alleged to have directed threatening words to both parents, increasing fear and concern within the family.
After the reported attack, the father sought medical help and received treatment for injuries suffered.
The case was reported around 0600, while after the initial action company, the State Prosecutor has been announced.
At the Prosecution’s decision, 38-year-old has been detained for 48 hours.
The case has been initiated for the criminal act, a slight body invasion, while investigations are continuing by the unit dealing with domestic violence cases.
