Kosovo Tax Administration ( The ATK has identified dozens of cases over the past two weeks with allegations based on forging tax claims that have been used or intended to be used for applications in subsidies.

According to ATK, all suspicious cases have been forwarded to competent organs for further treatment, in line with legal procedures.

The ATK has called on citizens and businesses not to use, present or prepare forged documents to benefit subsidies or other benefits, warning that such efforts will have legal consequences.
