An Albanian citizen, identified as Reginano ‘%s’ A., has been arrested in Germany under suspicion of involvement in the far leftist group, after being shown himself at a police station in Hannover.
According to the German newspaper ‘%Bild ‘%s’, the Albanian appeared in police on Thursday evening, while the Federal General Prosecutor ordered his arrest under an arrest warrant issued earlier.

He allegedly joined an extreme left militant organisation linked to Johann G., in February 2023, allegedly attacking persons identified as part of the extreme right spectrum in Budapest, Hungary.
According to the investigation, on February 11, 2023, Regino A. and others allegedly attacked two people using inflammatory spray, sticks and hammers. One of the victims reportedly received at least 15 shots to the head.
The Albanian is suspected of membership in a criminal organisation and serious bodily injury. However, the charges against him should be considered by justice, while he enjoys the presumption of innocence.
According to reports, Regino A. was on an international quest for several years. Initially, he had been arrested in Finland but was later suspected of fleeing to France, where he was again arrested in November 2024.
He was released in March 2025, while later a French court allowed his extradition to Germany. Instead of awaiting extradition procedures, however, he traveled to Germany himself and appeared in the police.
His lawyer has declared he hopes the client will have a fair judicial process in Germany.
