Vetevendosje Movement MP Artan Abrashi has singled out the Democratic Party of Kosovo’s provisions regarding the Law vote for Specialised Chambers and the issue of electing the president.

Abrashi has said the LVV has never linked the president’s case to the law vote.

We have never linked the president’s case with the law vote, Abrashi has declared.

According to him, the president’s case has been sent to the Constitutional Court by the PDK, and the deadline for his election has come as a result of this process.

The PDK sent the president’s issue to Constitution and the date came as we received it, he said.

Abrashi has declared that the Law for Specialised Chambers has not been at risk and that as evidence of this has cited today’s vote, where the bill received 90 votes.

Law has never been in danger, we saw today that the law received 90 votes, the president does not have 80 votes, Abrashi has indicated.
